Conveniently located near I-40. The breakfast selection was so great, with hot items and plenty of options to fuel up before hitting the road.
The hotel sits a bit off the main road. Finding the entrance took longer than anticipated. During the stay, the fire alarm disrupted a night's sleep twice, with both instances turning out to be false alarms. Issues with room capacity arose. These experiences painted a picture of minor inconveniences that disrupted the charm of an otherwise pleasant stay.

Reasonably clean, small hotel with very very helpful staff. Fashionable and immaculate room with a sofa. Peaceful and magnificent location in East Knoxville district close enough to a restaurant, eateries, and downtown. Also, close to everything. Really had really good stay during the holidays.
Wi-Fi was horrible.

would come again
The room had air conditioning and a tv. The bed was comfy with soft pillows. I loved the indoor swimming pool, clean and open 24/7. The breakfast had standard scrambled eggs, sausage, and mini waffles. The staff, especially the front desk and breakfast area, were super friendly and accommodating.
